How often we pass judgment on others based on their words or actions, not realizing that the faults that seem glaring in them are often lurking within us too.

Judgment is different from discernment. As children of God, we must discern right from wrong; however, in judgment, we condemn others based on our perception, intuition, outward appearance, and hearsay—all of which may be biased and faulty.

​

God's judgment, on the other hand, is based on truth and is totally just, because God is righteous, all-knowing, and does not show favoritism.

​

Have a happy day! Whenever we are tempted to judge someone, let's stop and introspect to see if the speck in our brother's eye is all we can see because of the log that's in our own eye.
