The principle of sowing and reaping is an agricultural metaphor used in the bible to convey a foundational spiritual law.

We reap exactly what we sow, we reap in proportion to the amount we sow and reaping is always in particular seasons, which calls for faith and patience.

​

Spiritually this means that if we sow to the flesh, investing in worldly, selfish and sinful desires we will reap corruption and eternal death.

​

On the other hand, if we sow to the Spirit, growing in our intimacy with Christ, obeying His Word, loving and serving others, we will reap a harvest unto eternal life.

​

Have a happy day, and let's keep sowing God's Word in the lives of others, knowing that our labor is not in vain in the Lord.
